"I had the extreme pleasure of having Silva give me a Hot Stone Facial on Thursday, Dec. 20th and wanted to make certain that you were aware of what a gifted esthetician she is. I have had many facials over the years but I never met anyone with such a gift of touch! Her hands should be insured for millions! As she massaged my face, I could feel the energy and love that was focused through them. She connected with facial muscles I never knew I had; and while the hot stone part of the treatment was okay, I preffered the hands-on touch she excels at! I certainly hope that when you consider her performance evaluation, you will keep this feedback in mind and conpensate her highly. I want to thank everyone at Holtz Spa for treating me so great on Friday. I particularily want to highlight the phenomanal skills and knowledge of Kate! Kate, I love ya baby! I must say that Kate certainly has a way of making a client feel comfortable. I don't think I could have trusted anyone else with the colours that she selected for me. I am still astonished at how nicely the cut and colour all came together. I want also to thank Yana. She is very talented and did a fantastic job on my makeup. Now the trick will be to try to duplicate the image that these fantastic ladies have created.

When I went in 29 weeks pregnant I could hardly walk, at first I thought the prenatal massage I got had not helped a great deal but 24 hours later I saw a big difference as the pain I had been having for weeks completely subsided.
