NISA is a system of specific physical manipulations of the fascial network of the body, which includes the muscular, connective tisue, visceral and cranial components. When connective tissue and muscles are in dysfunction, posture is affected. As a result, slumping of the structure occurs and internal organs are not held in the correct position, which has negative effects on overall health.
NISA corrects and aligns the structure of our bodies which have been affected by physical and psychological trauma or stress causing chronic pain and discomfort. NISA is designed to improve posture, joint function, vascular and lymphatic flow, general body alignment and facilitate greater access for the functions of both hemispheres of the brain.
