The focus of Holtz Spa is to provide relaxation and benefits to body, mind and spirit. For your personal comfort, a robe and slippers are provided for multiple spa services. You are also invited to take in some quiet time relaxing in one of our lounges or enjoying a cup of herbal tea by the fireplace.
We advise that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a leisurely introduction to the spa. Should you arrive late, in consideration for our next guest, your treatment still must end as scheduled.
A credit card number must be taken to secure every booking. If you must cancel, change or move your appointment for any reason, please do so minimum 24 hours before the scheduled time and day or you will be charged 50% of your service fee for your missed appointment. Gift Certificate and Spa Packages require cancellation 48 hours in advance. For group bookings of three or more, other considerations will be discussed with a group booking representative.
Holtz Spa offers our guests a quiet and tranquil environment to relax, unwind and rejuvenate. We value and respect our guests time with us and ask all our guests to do the same. To ensure tranquility within our environment, we ask that you speak softly and that all electronic equipment and cell phones be turned off.
